Uncertainty can be acknowledged and accepted to reduce stress and anxiety, enabling people to live in the present and adjust to unanticipated events more skillfully.

Finally, it is a reality that is often undervalued: the importance of thankfulness. It's simple to take things for granted in the daily rush and concentrate more on what we need than what we have. On the other hand, developing an attitude of thankfulness can improve resilience, happiness, and general wellbeing. We can develop a more optimistic mindset and increase our sense of fulfillment by recognizing and appreciating the gifts in our lives.
